DOVER — The Town Meeting Review Committee advanced governance reforms and approved prior meeting minutes unanimously. The Committee advanced equal time rules allowing eight-minute initial presentations plus rebuttals, directed staff to consult Town Counsel on social media policy for addressing misinformation, and approved an updated presentation template featuring mandatory slides for motions and vote effects. The Committee will review comprehensive recommendations at its next meeting September 30.
