Dover Planning Board approves storage shed and Savage appointment. The Board unanimously approved a preliminary site plan for a 12-by-16-foot storage shed at 167 Pine Street for lawn and yard tool storage; applicant Scott Estabrooks did not attend, and Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi noted a surveyor-stamped plot plan must be submitted before a building permit can issue. In a 4-0 vote, the Board appointed Michael Savage, a 27-year Dover resident, to the Tree Preservation Committee through June 30, 2028; Savage told the Board he values trees and wants to contribute to bylaw development.
