Planning Board · Meeting of August 10, 2026
DOVER — Planning Board unanimously approves ADU site plan at 151 Dedham Street. The board voted 3-0 to accept the preliminary site plan review for a one-bedroom, 856-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit and 648-square-foot garage on property owned by the David R. Javaheri Trust, with Chair Carol Lisbon, Members Eric Aborjaily and Katie Williams, and Associate Member Tom Heer in favor.
Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi's staff report flagged a recent Board of Selectmen tree policy; the approval conditions require the applicant to consider native species from Commonwealth, Mass Audubon, and UMass Amherst Extension lists and obtain Fire, Health, and Conservation permits before building begins.
