Planning Board endorses three applications; updates two planning initiatives

Dover Planning Board unanimously approves subdivision and site plan applications. The Board endorsed two Approval Not Required plans for property owners Benjamin and Kelly Taylor at 55 Willow Street and Hale Reservation, Inc. at 0 Powissett Street, and approved a Preliminary Site Plan Review for a 3,489-square-foot storage barn at 40 Powissett Street for applicants Sam and Janet Bain. Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi reported that Housing Development Study and Tree Preservation Bylaw committees expect to finalize public surveys by mid-August to guide future zoning initiatives.
