DOVER -- June 1, 2026, Dover Planning Board reorganizes for FY27 and approves Claybrook Road pool amid Town Meeting postmortem. The board unanimously re-elected Carol Lisbon as Chair and elevated Val Lin to Vice Chair at its June 1 remote meeting, each by a 4-0 roll call vote, while all five members, including newly elected Associate Member Tom Heer, voted 5-0 to waive stipends for Fiscal Year 2026 and FY 2027. That doesn't work."
