Planning Board approves pool and shed for Claybrook Road, reorganizes for fiscal 2027.

Dover Planning Board approves inground pool and shed with well-use restriction. The Board voted 4-0 on the Preliminary Site Plan Review for 10 Claybrook Road, adding seven conditions including a requirement that the pool be filled by private water truck only, no discharge of pool water without proper dechlorination, and nine replacement trees to offset two trees removed from the property setback. In annual reorganization, Carol Lisbon was reelected Chair, Valerie Lin elected Vice Chair, and Katie Williams named liaison to the Open Space Committee, all by 4-0 votes.

The Board unanimously voted 5-0 to forego stipends for fiscal 2026 and 2027.
