Dover Planning Board Endorses Denim Street Subdivision, Approves New Deli Signs
DOVER — February 9, 2026 — Dover Planning Board unanimously approves Denim Street subdivision and new deli signs at February 9 meeting. The board, presided over by Vice Chair Jody Shu in Chair Carol Williams's absence, endorsed an approval not required plan for 129 Denim Street filed by Amelia Farm LLC, splitting a 40-acre parcel into two buildable lots of 32.63 acres and 7.45 acres, each with substantial frontage on a public way. The board also approved two wall signs for Re's Kitchen and Catering LLC at 60 Center Street — one at 11.66 square feet above the main entrance and a larger 44.15-square-foot side sign — treating the larger sign as a nonconforming replacement in kind. Town Planner Melissa Simon announced that Dover received its MBTA Communities district compliance notification from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, and said she plans to file a draft site plan review bylaw rewrite with the Select Board in approximately one month, with a public hearing process to follow.
