Planning Board · Meeting of February 9, 2026

DOVER — Planning Board approves subdivision and restaurant signage at February meeting. Vice Chair Jody Shue led the Board in endorsing an Approval Not Required plan to subdivide 129 Dedham Street into two building lots, with Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi confirming adequate public frontage requirements under state law (4-0-0 vote). The Board also approved two wall signs for Reins Kitchen and Catering at 60 Centre Street, limiting the side sign to 44.15 square feet with no lighting (4-0-0 vote).

Revisions to the town's zoning articles are ongoing, with Vice Chair Shue urging clearer language on site plan review purpose and design standards ahead of a planned public hearing; the Board also voted unanimously to authorize simple-majority sign-offs on plans submitted to the Registry of Deeds and Land Court.
