DOVER — June 12, 2026 — Dover Conservation Commission approves two compliance certificates and opens major Pine Street rebuild hearing. The commission voted unanimously at its June 12 videoconference meeting to issue Certificates of Compliance for 7 Ledgewood Drive (Order 144-0814), where restoration plantings had completed two growing seasons, and 36 Miller Hill Road (Order 144-0895), covering a completed pool and patio project, each with four standard permanent conditions per Conservation Agent Janet's recommendations.
