DOVER -- June 12, 2026, Dover Conservation Commission approves two compliance certificates and opens major Pine Street rebuild hearing. The commission voted unanimously at its June 12 videoconference meeting to issue Certificates of Compliance for 7 Ledgewood Drive (Order 144-0814), where restoration plantings had completed two growing seasons, and 36 Miller Hill Road (Order 144-0895), covering a completed pool and patio project, each with four standard permanent conditions per Conservation Agent Janet's recommendations.
