Dover Tree Preservation Committee submits Tree City USA application, advances bylaw. During its January meeting, the committee discussed multiple development projects including a 40B housing proposal for 43 Strawberry Hill Street, a potential development on Junction Street, and the Hale School's administrative building. The committee submitted its Tree City USA application in December and is partnering with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council on a comprehensive tree preservation bylaw expected to be finalized soon.
