Board approves agricultural land classifications for four properties

Dover Board of Assessors approves four properties for Chapter 61A agricultural land classification. Chairperson Robert G. Cocks, Jr. led the board in unanimously approving FY2027 applications covering approximately 130 acres, including 99.5 acres at 55 Smith Street and 13.9 acres at 48 Farm Street.
