Dover Board of Assessors approves four properties for Chapter 61A agricultural land classification. Chairperson Robert G. Cocks, Jr. led the board in unanimously approving FY2027 applications covering approximately 130 acres, including 99.5 acres at 55 Smith Street and 13.9 acres at 48 Farm Street.

Dover Board of Assessors approves four properties for Chapter 61A agricultural land classification. Chairperson Robert G. Cocks, Jr. led the board in unanimously approving FY2027 applications covering approximately 130 acres, including 99.5 acres at 55 Smith Street and 13.9 acres at 48 Farm Street.
The board also approved four FY2026 tax warrants for real estate commitment, personal property commitment, and motor vehicle excise taxes for 2025 and 2026. The board voted 3-0 to enter executive session to address tax exemptions and pending abatement applications.
