Dover Board of Assessors unanimously reelected Peter S. Goodall as Chair and reappointed Town Assessor Amy Gow for fiscal year 2027. The board approved a contract with Catalis LLC (Patriot Properties) for 504 valuations and authorized Gow to sign all documents in Gateway for the valuation and tax rate setting process.
Gow reported that the Data Bridge for preliminary FY2027 tax bills has been completed and forwarded to the Treasurer's office. The board approved an extension for Hale Education, Inc.'s 3ABC return until July 31, 2026.
