Dover Select Board Approves Nurse Grant Deal, Sweeping Annual Reappointments

DOVER — June 16, 2025 — Dover Select Board unanimously approves nurse-sharing grant reimbursement and annual slate of appointments. The three-member board — Chair Robin Hunter, Dave Havlin, and new member Cam Hudson — voted 3-0 Monday to authorize Town Administrator Mike Andiri to execute an intermunicipal grant reimbursement agreement with Needham for fiscal year 2025, the mechanism that funds a full-time public health nurse shared with Sherborn through a state-designated public health excellence center. The board also voted 3-0 to approve a combined slate of reappointments including Conservation Commission members Sarah Monaco and Ana to three-year terms and a full roster of police officers and staff for one-year terms, while thanking longtime Recycling Committee member Janet Greenwood for her service. Andiri announced that Moody's has assigned Dover a AAA bond rating ahead of an anticipated bond issuance, with documentation expected at the June 23 meeting.
