Dover Finance Committee Advances Blue Book Redesign and Budget Presentation Standards

Members flagged that state circuit breaker reimbursement — currently at 75 percent but as low as 42 percent during the 2008 recession — remains a longer-term risk to the town's conservative special education accounting posture.
