Warrant Committee · Meeting of June 3, 2026

DOVER — Warrant Committee unanimously approves $62,500 reserve fund transfer for Conservation Commission. Chair Woodrow Weiss noted the FY2027 budget includes sufficient increases to prevent future shortfalls and introduced the appointment of Stephen Migausky, a former six-year committee member, to fill a mid-term vacancy with a 6-0 vote. The committee reviewed the May 4 Annual Town Meeting outcome, where two capital projects and a zoning article were defeated, and discussed improvements to public communication including a digital Blue Book format with supporting materials and targeted pre-meeting mailings.

Finance Director Costello and Communications Assistant Hilts are slated to meet with the committee to discuss near-term enhancements.
