Warrant Committee · Meeting of June 24, 2026

Dover Warrant Committee backs continuation of dual FY2027 working groups. The Committee unanimously approved minutes from June 3, 2026, and heard Selectmen's Liaison Dave Haviland brief members on a proposal to coordinate with State Representative Josh Tarsky's office on compiling a rolling list of ten thousand to twenty-five thousand dollar capital and program needs for state supplemental appropriation amendments. The Committee also discussed a proposed ClearGov cloud-based budgeting platform with eighteen thousand one hundred fifty dollars in implementation costs and a thirty-seven thousand dollar annual license fee, with Finance Director Costello scheduled to demonstrate the software July 8.

Members voted to continue both the external communications and internal administration working groups into FY2027 while consolidating gains from the prior year.
