Dover Recycling Committee members unanimously approved prior minutes and confirmed two upcoming vacancies. Leesa Mullins will resign effective May 18, and Catherine Piemonte will not renew her term at expiration June 30. The Committee narrowed Swap Shop closing time to 3:30 p.m., authorized new signage and parking restrictions, and scheduled Sibelco to visit the Transfer Station on June 3 to assess the glass recycling system as part of a cost-reduction initiative now managed by BP Truckling.
The Committee declined to expand collection-bin partners and directed staff to identify alternate bicycle-recycling vendors and secure additional funding for a May 16-17 Special Recycling Weekend.
