DOVER — Planning Board unanimously re-endorses ANR plan for 129 Dedham Street subdivision. Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi reported that revisions required by the Land Court to the March 3, 2026 plan did not alter the two buildable lots the Board voted to create on February 9, 2026, and the motion passed 4-0-0. The Board also approved April and May minutes, heard updates on the Housing Development Study with a second community forum scheduled for May 30, and recognized Vice Chair Jody Shue's 10-year tenure before her departure from Dover.
