Planning Board · Meeting of February 23, 2026
DOVER — Planning Board continues ADU review, requires plan revisions. Vice Chair Jody Shue and the Board heard from applicant Iva Hayes regarding a proposed 538-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit at 18 Meadowbrook Road, voting 3-0 to continue the preliminary site plan review to March 23, 2026. The Board required Hayes to obtain revised plans from her surveyor removing restrictive notes limiting the survey's use to septic design purposes, and to submit dated, scaled elevations and floor plans identifying the preparer with full contact information.
The Board also canceled its March 9 meeting to allow Vice Chair Shue and Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi to present the Planning Board's FY2027 budget and zoning articles to the Warrant Committee on February 25.
