Planning Board approves shed at Bridle Path Circle property
Planning Board · Meeting of April 27, 2026
DOVER — Planning Board unanimously approves storage shed at Bridle Path Circle. The 264-square-foot structure proposed by Dave Sobol and Cara Fineman meets all setbacks, requires no tree removal, and complies with zoning requirements, Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi said; Katie Williams moved approval with seven conditions, including stormwater compliance and future lighting restrictions, and the motion passed 3-0-0. The Board rescheduled its June 15 meeting to June 29 after determining the water pump building project will not advance soon and Dunkin' has not responded to previously sent conditions.
A second Housing Development Study forum featuring Barrett Planning consultants is scheduled for May 30 at the Caryl Center.
