Planning Board approves detached ADU and inground pool projects

DOVER — Planning Board approves two residential projects and appoints student committee member. The board unanimously approved an inground plunge pool with patio at 80 Strawberry Hill Street, and voted 3-0 on a 538-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit at 18 Meadowbrook Road, with Chair Carol Lisbon recused due to prior absence. Both projects carry conditions requiring health, conservation, and building department compliance, lighting restrictions, and stormwater management.
Josie Danielski, a Dover-Sherborn High School sophomore, was unanimously appointed to the Tree Preservation Committee as the high school student liaison for two years.
