Planning Board appoints two members; approves accessory building and shed projects
Planning Board · Meeting of January 5, 2026
Dover Planning Board names two interim members and approves two site plans. The board voted unanimously to appoint Nicholas Boehm as a full member and Eric Aborjaily as an alternate member (terms expiring May 18, 2026), with final confirmation pending the March 2 Town Caucus and May town election. In a joint vote with the Board of Selectmen, both boards approved a preliminary site plan review for a 1.5-story accessory building and 23-space parking area for Hale Education at Powissett Street, conditioned on state approval of two Conservation Restrictions.
The board separately approved a 285-square-foot storage shed at 3 Claybrook Road. Town Planner Melissa SantucciRozzi also presented a $200,000 funding request for a comprehensive Master Plan update, the first since 2004.
