DOVER — Open Space Committee approves prior minutes, sets trail easement warrant strategy. The committee, chaired by Amey Moot and meeting via Zoom on February 3rd with nine members present, instructed Tara Nolan to revise the Open Space and Recreation Plan and advanced three trail easement articles for the March 9th Warrant Committee hearing: Brook Run Estates, Warwick Acres, and Ard Righ Estates. Greg Kahoun reported installation of a plank bridge and a new digital trail issue tracker; Rick Nagy is recruiting volunteers to build a new trail.

The Planning Board will request 150,000 dollars for a Master Plan consultant, and the Sustainability Committee has secured a 100,000 dollar Climate Action grant.
