Dover Conservation Commission resolves a deed-language dispute, clears a Pegan Lane land sale. The board voted 6-0 to approve a certificate of compliance for Lot 5 Pegan Lane after owner Paul Brannelly objected to wetland-protection deed language his family hadn't expected before a pending sale, with Chair John Sullivan telling him "it should have been in your deed." Commissioners also approved a negative determination for a 5 Hartford Street septic replacement, backed a $227,255 fiscal 2027 budget request framed as level-service funding, and signed off on a comment letter to Town Manager Mike Blanchard opposing wetland and flooding aspects of a proposed 43 Strawberry Hill Street 40B project. Three active enforcement cases, including a cleared wetland buffer at 21 Schaffner Road where homeowner Rene Rourke apologized for the damage, were continued to Feb. 11.
