Dover Conservation Commission approves three permits on virtual meeting; water main continued. Chair John Sullivan oversaw approval of Order of Conditions extensions for 6 Sterling Drive and a Certificate of Compliance for 7 Buttercup Lane, both unanimously. The Old Farm Road Water Trust water main project (DEP #144-0940) was continued to February 25 after Conservation Agent Janet Hartke Bowser determined that three additional special conditions addressing dewatering, temporary bypass, and culvert repair must be added; Sullivan recommended ledge-encounter language be incorporated into construction specifications.
The commission also unanimously approved a Notice of Intent for 6 Draper Road driveway replacement with eight special conditions. Two enforcement hearings were continued and two additional hearings were postponed due to winter weather, with applicants directed to request extensions.
