Dover Conservation Commission approves compliance and septic system replacement with conditions. Chair John Sullivan and six members approved a Certificate of Compliance for Lot 5 Pegan Lane with four permanent conditions and deed language requirements, and issued a negative Determination of Applicability for 5 Hartford Street septic system replacement with ten special conditions and monthly progress reporting, including allowance for pump chamber placement within the 70-foot setback under the Grandfather Policy. The commission approved the 2025 Annual Report, authorized payment of $11,687.25 in December regulatory review invoices to Conservation Agent Janet Hartke Bowser, and forwarded a comment letter on the 43 Strawberry Hill Street 40B housing applications to Town Manager Mike Blanchard recommending construction set back from wetlands and consideration of stormwater and sustainability standards.
Four enforcement and compliance matters were continued to the February 11 meeting.
