Dover Board of Fire Engineers approves routine monthly expenses and posts EMS position. At the March 2 meeting, Chair Kate Cannie and Clerk James P. Dawley approved Ambulance vouchers of $2,361.34 and Fire Department vouchers of $3,804.09.

Chief Gerry Smith reported February operations including 29 fire responses and 46 ambulance calls, noting that among 17 firefighters, four did not respond to any calls. The department also reported the resignation of EMS Coordinator Jackson and the appointment of W. Mitchell as interim coordinator.

The board posted the EMS Lieutenant position on March 2 with applications due March 9.
