Dover Board approves special permit for Strawberry Hill Street property. The Board of Appeals unanimously approved a special permit for Zeal Dover, LLC to relocate and reconstruct pre-existing non-conforming structures at 15-19 Strawberry Hill Street, with assurances that future work on the historic house and schoolhouse will follow proper preservation procedures. In a separate action, the Board unanimously raised its application fee schedule for the first time since 2001, increasing the residential property fee from $150 to $400 and setting 40B comprehensive permit fees at $2,000 plus $100 per housing unit.
